2025 Annual Department Encampment

The 2025 Department Encampment will be held at the IMAG History & Science Center, 2000 Cranford Ave., Fort Myers, FL 33916.

SCHEDULE

Friday - February 28

4:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Meet and greet at IMAG.  Pizza, salad, and refreshments provided. Tentative tour of IMAG and speaker on the Battle of Ft. Myers.

Saturday - March 1

8:00 am - 9:30 am - Continental Breakfast. Gathering of members, Displays.

9:30 am - 1130 am - Ceremony at the cemetery with SVR Color Guard in conjunction with SCV

1200 pm - 1:00 pm - Lunch at IMAG from Smokin' Pit BBQ (pulled chicken, pork, slaw, etc.

1:00 pm - end of day - Business Meeting

REGISTRATION FEE:

Early Registration - $20 per person.  Registration at door - $25 person.
